Kristen has over 16 yrs interacting and treating patients in various modalities. Along with her bachelor's in kinesiology, Kristen also spent some time as a massage therapist, specializing in trigger point therapy. Kristen graduated from the # 1 School in California for acupuncture; Emperor's college of TCM. At Emperor's, Kristen received a well rounded education, where she learned that acupuncture isnot only a medical practice, but a way of life. Kristen is passionate about problem solving, whichhelps her think outside the box when it comes to treating patients, and enjoys passing on whatever relevant knowledge she has, to her patients. She looks at the patient as a whole, including emotions, stress levels, strains on the body, nutritional aspects, and self care in her treatments.
