Dr. Cabrera takes an individualized, evidence-informed approach to physical therapy, combining therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, movement analysis, and patient education to address each patient's specific needs and goals.

Her experience in high-volume outpatient settings has given her a strong foundation in clinical reasoning, treatment progression, functional rehabilitation, and efficient patient-centered care. She has also worked in industrial rehabilitation, performing work conditioning, ergonomic assessments, and return-to-work evaluations for patients recovering from repetitive strain injuries and work-related or post-accident conditions.

Industrial & Functional Rehabilitation

This background allows her to incorporate functional goals and real-world demands into rehabilitation while helping patients safely progress toward their daily and occupational activities.

Clinical Approach

Dr. Cabrera believes effective physical therapy should be individualized to the person rather than focused solely on a diagnosis. She takes the time to understand each patient's symptoms, lifestyle, activity level, functional limitations, and goals.

Her approach emphasizes active participation, patient education, and progressive rehabilitation. She works with patients to develop the strength, mobility, coordination, movement strategies, and confidence needed to make meaningful progress both in the clinic and at home.
